Eric Wagner started racing at Autobahn Country Club in Joliet, Illinois in 2015 driving a Radical SR3 and Spec Miata. Since then, he has steadily improved his racecraft and has podiumed in many races including the 1340 class driver championship in the Blue Marble Cocktails Radical Cup North America series.

Additionally, along with teammates Antoine Comeau, Neil Alberico, and Peter Dempsey, Eric also earned the distinction of winning the NASA 25 Hours of Thunderhill endurance race in the #10 Eastern Racing / Turn 3 Motorsport Radical SR3 RSX 1340. The team led 638 out of 672 laps and became the first car under two liters to achieve the overall win.

When not racing, Eric pursues his other passion as the founder and principle of Eastern Shipping Worldwide, an international freight forwarder, as well as Eastern CHB, a U.S. customs brokerage firm.

Originally from Iowa, Eric’s even-keeled nature and steady calm temperament, not only serve him well on the racetrack, they have also shaped the famously easy-going style of service at his shipping company.

Eric is also committed to offering his support to organizations that exemplify respect for others and mirror his optimism. In particular, Eric aligns with select charities and leverages the exposure and success of his race team to bring attention and awareness to those causes. That’s why he’d like more people to know about the crucially important work of Wounded Warrior Project and Ronald McDonald House Charities of Chicagoland & Northwest Indiana, both of which are currently featured in the livery of his Radical SR3.
