Mackenzie (Mac) Clark is a Canadian Race Car driver from Campbellsville, Ontario. Coming from a family of race car drivers, his passion for the sport developed naturally. As with many successful race car drivers, he started his racing career at the age of 10 in karting. At 11 years old, he was awarded both the 2014 Rookie of the Year and the 2015 Most Sportman-like driver title. As Mackenzie progressed through the different levels of karting, he managed to earn multiple podiums and awards such as the Class Vice-Champion at the 2016 Canadian Karting Nationals, 2017 Ron Fellows Karting Championship.

As Mackenzie progressed to car racing, he also enrolled in the Bertil Roos Formula Car Racing School, where he graduated top of his class. His car racing experience includes piloting a GT car in two 8-hour endurance races, along with testing in a GT4 Porsche, BMW & Mazda Miata sportscars. In 2019, he won the F1600 Rookie of the Year Award and in 2020, he was named the youngest Canadian ever to win the F1600 Canadian championship, beating Paul Tracy’s previously held record in 1985. His F1600 racing stats consists of 22 races, 18 wins, and 20 podiums.

With so much accomplished at such a young age, there is no doubt that Mackenzie Clark has the skills and determination necessary to be successful in the car racing industry. His accuracy, precision, and focus make him a perfect fit for Eastern Racing’s quest for the Championship at the 25 Hours of Thunderhill, where he will drive along with Eric Wagner, Victor Franzoni and Neil Alberico.

After working with Mac, I was quickly impressed by his quality as a race car driver. He is very mature for his age and extremely dedicated. Our communication as a Driver/Engineer has been great since day one. He understands exactly what he needs from the car and how to give me feedback to make the car better. In my opinion, that is the most important factor to win championships. I’m excited about having Mac drive for my team in 2021 and even more excited for his future in racing.”
