Madison, IL. – Turn 3 Motorsport and Eastern Racing will head to World Wide Technology Raceway just outside of St. Louis this weekend for the second and final oval event of the 2020 Indy Pro 2000 Championship Presented by Cooper Tires.

After last week’s race at Lucas Oil Raceway, Danial Frost is lying third in the championship - just nine points back from first - and teammate Antoine Comeau is holding onto 11th position. With points being worth more at the oval events, this weekend will be especially critical for the pair in terms of the championship.

Danial Frost | #68 DEN-JET: “I’m excited for World Wide Technology Raceway. Our team looked very strong here last year, so I expect us to be the same this year. I’m confident that we’re going to get the results we need this weekend and hopefully close in on the points. My goal is to get back on track, focus on our own program, and make sure I do my job and deliver results.”

Antoine Comeau | #3 ACR/Eastern Racing: “Last year was promising for us at World Wide Technology Raceway. We qualified in 4th position, so I’m hoping we can have strong results again this year. The field seems even stronger this year, but hopefully the preparation and experience we have worked on will pay off and result in a competitive weekend. I’m looking forward to it.”

Peter Dempsey | Team Owner: “World Wide Technology Raceway is a different challenge to Lucas Oil Raceway where we raced last week. We had a good race here last year with Antoine (Comeau) running in the top five, so hopefully we can have a similar performance with him this year. Danial (Frost) also raced here last year, so I think our team will be in good shape. We are getting into a very important part of the season, so it’s time for us to push as hard as we can and leave nothing on the table. I can’t wait to get going and see what we have for the weekend.”

The Indy Pro 2000 Oval Challenge of St. Louis Presented by Cooper Tires will begin tomorrow with three official test sessions followed by single car qualifying at 5:30pm CST. Competitors will have one final practice session on Saturday morning followed by the 55 lap race at 1:00pm CST.
